NG-CDF & NGAAF
Constituency NG-CDF and county NGAAF are listed on their own pages — not inside county or ward programme budgets on FedhAI.
FAQ
- Why is NG-CDF not in my county or ward total?
- County equitable share and ward development on FedhAI follow the county programme budget (PBB). NG-CDF is national-government money at constituency (MP) level, approved by the NG-CDF Board — a separate pipe. Adding it to county totals would double-count local money.
- What about NGAAF?
- The National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) is administered at county level through each county’s Woman Representative (47 offices), not through MP constituencies like NG-CDF. It supports women, youth, PWDs and other affirmative-action programmes. Like NG-CDF, it is not county equitable share and is not merged into FedhAI county or ward envelopes.
- How can citizens scrutinise CDF projects?
- Use your constituency page for NG-CDF: published project signals (when ingested) plus participation threads scoped to that MP area. For NGAAF, use the county page for your Woman Rep office. Ward and county PBB threads remain for programme budget delivery only.
- Will FedhAI show CDF allocations and project lists?
- Yes on this separate rail: enacted FY allocations (Board ledger ingest) and project/bursary lines on constituency pages; NGAAF on county pages when official county allocations are ingested. Cron pulls /ngcdf-allocations-catalog.csv (synced from the Board CRM behind ngcdf.go.ke) and /national-fund-signals-catalog.csv (or your NGCDF_ALLOCATIONS_CSV_URL / NATIONAL_FUND_SIGNALS_CSV_URL).
